Aerial Silks

Whitney has been teaching aerial silks for over 15 years and she loves to share and teach her skill. She'll guide you through the basics while making you feel comfortable and confident. No experience necessary. All equipment provided.​

Burlesque

Bodies in Motion Burlesque class is a fun, up-beat class that's all about cool & confidence. In this class, students will learn beginner level Burlesque-inspired choreography to sassy and sensual music. No experience necessary. Come as you are, wearing whatever makes you feel sexy, confident, or comfortable.​

Auricular Acupuncture

Jesica is a NADA Certified Acupuncture Detoxification Specialist & Certified Clinical Aromatherapist. Auricular (Ear) Acupuncture is a form of acupuncture that may help with anxiety, depression, PTSD, insomnia, addiction, substance abuse disorder, pain, tobacco cessation and overall wellness.

Dumbbell Strengh

Build your strength and confidence in 2025 this dumbbell only strength training class! With 1:1 guidance in a small group setting, we will focus on proper form and progressive overload to effectively build muscle using only dumbbells and your bodyweight.

30 minutes in and out on Saturday mornings at 9 am! Expect a different full-body workout at every session.​

Fresh Start

Fresh Start is a 45 minute beginner fitness class that blends elements of yoga, functional strength and high energy music. You'll experience different styles of exercise while practicing proper form, focusing on muscle engagement and learning modifications.​

POUND

POUND is a high-energy, full-body cardio jam session combined with light resistance and constant simulated drumming. This class requires no experience and is great for any level of fitness. â€‹
